Fellow Conservative,
My name is JL DeCosta, and I chair the Communications Committee of the Bow River Conservative Association.
I am pleased to be delivering the very first e-newsletter to members in the Bow River riding.
As many of you may (or may not) know, each riding is represented by an association with direct affiliation to the National Conservative Party of Canada. As a member of the Conservative Party, you have the opportunity to get involved in your local electoral district association (EDA) and have your voice heard.
This e-newsletter will be a convenient way of keeping members up to date on important news like the date and time of the Annual General Meeting.
I encourage you to visit our website at www.bowrivercpc.ca to keep up to date, get involved, or donate to our local riding. Additionally, please follow us on social media:

For this edition of the newsletter, I would like to inform members of the recent decision by the Conservative Leadership Election Organizing Committee (LEOC) to hold the leadership election on September 10th, 2022. This is an exciting time in our Party as you get to have a direct say on the future direction. To be able to vote, you must ensure your membership is in good standing, which can be done here.
Recently, the Board of Directors of the Bow River EDA formed a subcommittee known as the Bow River Conservative Leadership Advisory Committee, and came together to recommend the direction LEOC should take when considering their official rule making for the upcoming leadership election.
We believe it was important that members in the Bow River riding had their say and voiced their opinion on the future of our party. Please see the images below for the official recommendations.
